Laura is a CORU Registered Dietitian and a registered sport and exercise nutritionist with over 15 years clinical experience. She works as a Performance Nutritionist providing support to Ireland’s elite athletes at Sport Ireland Institute and is just back from the recent Paris Olympic Games where she supported a very successful Team Ireland. She has experience across a number of different sports including athletics, swimming, rowing, and boxing. Clinically, she also has experience in working with gastroenterology, renal and oncology patients and sees a variety of clients in her private practice LM Nutrition (https://www.lmnutrition.ie) including those with IBS, and has completed specialist training in Low FODMAP diets, behaviour change and eating disorders.
In her spare time she enjoys running & cycling and partakes in a few adventure races.
